This Return Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds, designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand for our international customers.

By purchasing our products, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. We recommend reading this policy carefully before placing your order to avoid any misunderstandings.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged (minor imperfections from handmade craftsmanship are not considered defects).
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable) are intact and returned with the item.
  • The item is not a custom-made or personalized product (unless it is defective upon receipt) .
  • You provide valid proof of purchase (order number) and clear photos/videos of the item (especially for defective or damaged products).

Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted for return or exchange, and will be shipped back to you at your own expense.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, in line with international e-commerce regulations :

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (unless defective or not as described).
  • Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the buyer.
  • Items with removed tags, altered designs, or damaged original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via the email provided on our Contact Us page within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a detailed description of the reason for return (e.g., defective, wrong item, unsatisfactory), and clear photos/videos of the item and its packaging.
  3. Wait for our customer service team to review your request (response within 1-2 business days). We will send you a return authorization (RA) number and our return address if your request is approved.
  4. Package the item securely, include the RA number on the package, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product) .

Unauthorized returns (without an RA number) will not be processed and may be refused or returned to the sender.

4. Refund & Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange as follows:

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days of inspection. The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs and return shipping costs (unless the return is our fault).
  • Exchanges: If you request an exchange (e.g., different size, style), we will ship the replacement item to you once the returned item is verified. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement only if the exchange is due to our error; otherwise, the buyer is responsible for the replacement shipping cost.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong style, wrong size), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange at your choice .

Minor imperfections (e.g., slight color variations, small scratches) are inherent to handmade jewelry and are not considered defects, as they reflect the unique artisanal nature of our products.

6. International Return Notes

For international returns, please note the following:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or other fees for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend declaring the item as “returned goods” to avoid additional fees .
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages during the return shipping process. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep your shipping receipt.
  • In line with cross-border e-commerce return policies, returned items that are in original condition and returned within the specified period may be eligible for tax exemptions .
